Located in the heart of California's Central Valley, Bee Sweet Citrus, Inc. is focused on innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.Bee Sweet Citrus is seeking a skilled Automotive Body Technician to assist in maintaining and repairing company fleet vehicles and equipment. This position will require hands-on experience, attention to detail, and the ability to complete repairs, panel replacement, and surface preparation.Duties/ResponsibilitiesPerform structural and non-structural body repairs on fleet vehicles and equipmentRepair and repaint farming equipment such as trailers, tractors, etc.Repair or replace panels, doors, hoods, bumpers, and sheet metal componentsStraighten frames and components using hydraulic equipmentGrind, file, sand, and fill dents with filler for a smooth finish.Prepare and refinish surfaces including masking, priming, painting, and blendingInspect damage and communicate repair needs with managementMaintain repair documentation and parts usage recordsEnsure completed work meets safety and quality standardsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentRequired Skills/AbilitiesStrong knowledge of auto-body repair techniques, including welding and mechanical repairsPossession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Must be organized and independentAbility to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment and relate well to othersAbility to show initiative and commitment to the company's goalsAbility to readily adapt to changing requirementsStrong commitment to always performing and producing at the highest level of qualityAbility to manage individual workflow effectively with coworkers both written and verballySome knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and OutlookAbility to work overtime and weekends as neededBilingual in English/Spanish is preferredPhysical RequirementsMust be able to think rationally and apply logic during high-stress situationsMust be able to bend, and stoop, including the need to move and lift heavy objectsMust be able to work both inside and outside conditions, frequent exposure to heat, cold, adverse weather, greases, oils, noise, chemicals and work in and around moving vehiclesMust be able to climb, reach/stretch arms legs or other parts of the body to grasp objectsMust be physically able to operate a variety of equipment and machinery including computers, calculators, copiers, diagnostic equipment, hand tools, etc.ExperienceMinimum 2 years of hands on automotive, truck, or heavy equipment body repair experienceWorking knowledge of welding, grinding, sanding, and filler applicationPaint preparation and refinishing experience strongly preferredPay Offered/Benefits$20 - $25 per hourPaid time off and sick leaveIndustry-leading health, dental and vision insurance and health wellness program that covers regular doctor visits, eye exams, etc. with only a minor copay401(k) retirement with guaranteed matching contributions
