Customer Service Specialist- Cornerstone Brands-Kentucky

Overview Customer Service Specialist – Full‑time, Remote (Kentucky). Supports Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, and Garnet Hill brands. Provides assistance to customers via inbound calls while promoting products and improving sales. What You'll Do Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, problem‑solve, and de‑escalate unique situations. Promote products and drive sales during each customer interaction. Assist with refunds, payments, orders, and account data analysis. Maintain a high‑paced call volume with a weekly weekend shift requirement. Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor. What You'll Bring 12+ months of customer service experience. Ability to work from a distraction‑free home environment. Experience with virtual/remote work and a structured schedule. Strong communication skills across a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders. Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens. Technical troubleshooting skills or ability to partner with IT when needed. Compensation & Benefits $15.00 per hour plus shift differential where applicable. Full‑time 40‑hour schedule, including a weekly weekend shift.
