Compensation and Benefits Compensation Range - $30.00 to $34.00 an hour. Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team. Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC). Qualifications Graduate of an approved school of clinical education. Licensed in the state where they currently practice. At least one year experience as a licensed therapy assistant. Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device. Preferred Education and Experience Experience as a licensed therapy assistant may be deferred with a review and approval from the regional vice president or regional director. Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred. Requirements Valid state driver license. Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law. Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition. Ability to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions. CPR certification.
