Chick-fil-A Jett Ferry Rd Team Member
Chick-fil-A Jett Ferry Rd is hiring kitchen prep and food preparation team members for our fast-paced restaurant. This position focuses on preparing high-quality food, including salads, wraps, and other cold prep items, while maintaining Chick-fil-A's food safety and quality standards.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience or interest in food preparation, prep cook, kitchen prep, or food service in restaurants.

Responsibilities
- Prepare salads, wraps, and cold dishes according to Chick-fil-A's food prep standards
- Assist in kitchen prep, including ingredient preparation and portioning
- Work in kitchen prep stations, including food prep, boards, and assembly stations
- Store kitchen ingredients and supplies to facilitate operations
- Always maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Follow restaurant food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
- Stay current with new Chick-fil-A menu items and procedures
- Support kitchen team members and assist with other kitchen tasks as needed
Schedule Expectations
- Availability between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM to 2:00 PM required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work in a dynamic kitchen
- Comfortable standing for long periods during shifts
Qualifications
- No restaurant experience required
- Food prep experience, prep cook, kitchen prep, or restaurant cooking is a plus
- Consistent and reliable
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
