Network Program Director

90.9 KCBI (DALLAS, FT. WORTH) & 92.9 (WACO), 102.5 (FAR NORTH TEXAS) & KCBI'S ALL-TEACHING CHANNEL is looking for a dynamic, world-class Network Program Director. The Network Program Director is the architect of the 24/7 content broadcast on 90.9 KCBI and any owned network stations. This person is expected to develop strategies and tactics, under the direction of the General Manager, to reach the target audience, as well as grow the impact and audience of the radio ministry. An Ideal Candidate Would Have The Following Qualifications Growing relationship with Jesus Christ and be passionate about the mission of KCBI Keen understanding of the times in which we live and present the brand of the station from a Conservative Evangelical perspective Biblically sound in theological understanding and in accordance with the FDMI Statement of Faith Five years of broadcast management, major market programming experience preferred, with outstanding on-air and studio production experience Highly skilled and strategic understanding of programming best practices and talent coaching Previous experience effectively supervising a team, with adaptive leadership skills to effectively lead creative teams Perceptual and Music Research experience and analysis required EOE #J-18808-Ljbffr CMB
