Change the world. Love your job. As the leader of the Network Engineering team at TI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our enterprise and data center network strategy. In this position, you will lead a team of senior engineers responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the architecture and roadmap for TI's global network infrastructure. You will partner with infrastructure, security, cloud, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient network solutions that support TI's continued growth and digital transformation.We are seeking a dynamic leader with:Deep technical expertise in enterprise and data center networking.Proven strategic thinking to align technology investments with business objectives.Strong leadership skills to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams.Experience driving modernization initiatives through automation, cloud adoption, and operational excellence.Passion for innovation, customer service, and continuous improvement.This is a highly visible role that requires both hands-on technical knowledge and the ability to influence and execute long-term infrastructure transformation initiatives across the organization. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadandmentor a team of senior network engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.Developandexecute the enterprise and data center network strategy aligned with organizational goals and technology transformation initiatives.Architectandoversee the design, implementation, and optimization of network infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, resiliency, and high availability.Drivemodernization efforts, including network automation, cloud connectivity, infrastructure simplification, and next-generation networking technologies.Partnercross-functionally with infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, manufacturing, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.Establishengineeringstandards and best practices for network architecture, lifecycle management, and operational excellence.Managevendorrelationships and evaluate emerging technologies to support TI's strategic objectives.Ensurecompliance with corporate security standards, regulatory requirements, and network governance policies.Championinnovation by identifying opportunities to improve network performance, reliability, efficiency, and automation.Developtalent through hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning. Deep expertise in data center networking technologies, including spine-leaf architectures, VXLAN, EVPN, BGP fabrics, and software-defined networking (SDN).Comprehensive understanding of network security principles, including: Network segmentation and micro segmentationZero Trust architecturesSecure access controlsSecurity integration within network designExperience with critical network systems and services, such as: DNS/DHCP/IPAM platforms (Infoblox preferred)Load balancing solutions (A10, , or equivalent)Network monitoring and observability platformsExperience with cloud networking technologies, including AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid-cloud architectures.Strong knowledge of next-generation networking technologies, including: Network automation and orchestrationPython, Ansible, and TerraformInfrastructure as Code methodologiesExperience with enterprise networking platforms, including Arista, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or equivalent technologies.Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Arista ACE, cloud networking certifications, or equivalent.
