Engineering Manager, Network Management

Lead a team of software engineers to design, build, deploy, and in some cases, operate the critical software systems that directly manage the global data center networking infrastructure.Cultivate a high-performance culture of technical excellence, inspire engineers across wide initiatives, and directly manage a highly collaborative group of software engineers.Guide teammates to design and implement features to further our intent-based network management goals.Build cross-functional relationships across the wider organization to deliver advanced automated flows that seamlessly execute network lifecycle operations.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience in software development.3 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture.3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.Preferred qualifications:Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.3 years of experience working in a complex organization.Experience with Go, C++, and data center networking.Like Google's own ambitions, the work of a Software Engineer goes beyond just Search. You will balance technical leadership with people management.
