Overview

We’re hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in San Jose, CA with two options in one posting :

• 13-week contract (perfect for travel or local contract PTs)

• Permanent placement (long-term stability + growth)

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care

• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, pain, and function

• Track progress, update goals, and coordinate discharge planning

• Document accurately in the EMR (evals, daily notes, progress notes, DCs)

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and educate patients/caregivers

Requirements

• Active California PT license (or ability to obtain quickly)

• BLS (AHA preferred; setting dependent)

• 1+ year PT experience preferred (new grads considered depending on setting)

• Strong communication, time management, and patient-centered care

Contract Option (13 Weeks)
