Assistant Property Manager - Accounting

Your Responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Southern Rhode Island Portfolio team! The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. The role is remote/hybrid reporting to sites as needed. Responsibilities include completing month‑end and month‑opening reports, submitting TRACS, posting and reconciling subsidy payments, processing and posting invoices, reconciling vendor statements. In addition, this role may assist with resident recertifications, move‑ins, and other occupancy functions when operational needs require additional support. Skills & Requirements Your Qualifications Experience in property management is required. Experience with Section 8, HOME, PBV, and LIHTC programs are preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills, great customer service skills, and good communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook are required. Knowledge of Yardi is a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
