Janitor

Description Superior Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing, Inc. is a trusted statewide provider of skilled trade construction services, supporting commercial new construction, tenant improvements, and 24/7 emergency service needs for our clients. We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Janitor to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment for our employees and visitors. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, demonstrates attention to detail, and is committed to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout our facility. Schedule Tuesday 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. and Friday 3 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Responsibilities Clean offices, restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, and common areas Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain hard surface and carpeted floors Refill and restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and soap dispensers Report facility maintenance needs, including damaged equipment and burned-out light fixtures Wash, dry, fold, and organize janitorial laundry Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team Perform additional duties as assigned to support the needs of the department Requirements Minimum of one (1) year of recent experience in a janitorial or environmental services role Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively and write reports and emails Ability to work in accordance with OSHA regulations, safety guidelines, and company policies About the Company Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is a commercial service and construction company with over 20 years of experience delivering high-quality electrical and plumbing solutions across California and other states.
