The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business goals. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success. Communicate project updates to stakeholders and leadership effectively. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
