We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to help grow our business within the defense, aerospace, government, and commercial markets. Veterans bring proven leadership, mission focus, relationship-building skills, and the ability to succeed in fast-paced, technical environments-all qualities that make for successful sales leaders.
Whether your background includes military leadership, logistics, aviation, maintenance, engineering support, procurement, program management, or business development, we encourage you to apply.
What You'll Do
-Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships
-Manage sales activities across defense, government, and commercial markets
-Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
-Work closely with engineering and leadership to deliver customer-focused solutions
-Represent Laser Photonics at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
-Help drive strategic growth and expand market presence
What We're Looking For
-Leadership experience with a proven ability to build strong customer relationships
-Experience in sales, business development, operations, or program management
-Background in defense, aerospace, manufacturing, industrial equipment, or government contracting is a plus
-Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
-Willingness to travel as needed
