Shipping Associate

Job Summary A Shipping Associate’s primary responsibilities include packaging cabinets and cabinet accessories for shipping, organizing items per load schedule, and loading the jobs into trucks. In doing so, a shipping associate is responsible for performing work that meets quality standards in a timely efficient manner. Corsi Group associates are expected to be punctual, attentive, adaptable in a fast-paced work environment, and maintain safety in accordance with OSHA and company policies/procedures. Duties / Responsibilities Properly wrap all parts to ensure quality is maintained through shipping transit Utilize Kanban system to ensure shipping material inventory is maintained Safely and efficiently load trucks per scheduled order Maintain an organized and clean workspace Communicate missing items and issues to area leadership Other production duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience Ability to follow directions and work well in a team Strong communication skills, ability to report any issues with equipment, or quality concerns to supervision Strong work ethic and attention to detail Organizational skills Punctual Ability to lift up to 50lbs safely Basic computer skills Ability to bend and reach Enjoys learning and applying skills.
