Postpartum Family Health Nurse — Home Visits

A community health organization in Hudson, Ohio, is seeking a qualified nurse to provide comprehensive health services to families during the postpartum period. The role includes conducting home visits, assessing maternal and newborn health, and providing guidance and referrals to community services. Ideal candidates will possess a current NJ RN license, BLS certification, and experience in maternal/child health. Being bilingual is preferred.
