Postpartum Home Visiting Nurse - Family Support & Education
The Partnership
A community health organization in Secaucus, NJ is seeking a Nurse Home Visitor to provide in-home nursing care and education to postpartum families. This position requires strong communication skills and an associate degree in nursing, along with a current NJ RN license. Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, supporting early childhood development, and collaborating with community resources.
