Role Senior Procurement Manager – 12 month contract – Pharmaceuticals – North Caorlina. Join a landmark project as QCS partner with our client a global biologics organization to drive delivery of a cutting-edge facility in North Carolina. Be part of a large-scale investment and play a pivotal role in bringing this world-class program to life. Responsibilities Own and execute the procurement strategy for construction, EPCM, and capital equipment packages Lead end‑to‑end sourcing activities, including RFP development, tendering, bid evaluation, commercial recommendations, and contract award Draft, negotiate, and manage complex construction and EPCM contracts, including commercial terms and risk allocation Provide senior‑level commercial leadership across Engineering, Construction, Legal, Finance, and Project Controls Oversee full contract lifecycle management, including amendments, variations, change management, and claims support Qualifications Experience in procurement, with significant exposure to large‑scale capital or greenfield construction projects Proven experience leading procurement within construction and EPCM environments Strong background in contract drafting, negotiation, and commercial management Demonstrated ownership of end‑to‑end RFP and tender processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
