We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations at our fast-paced and fun amusement park. This role is essential while contributing to an enjoyable experience for both staff and our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the park management and department teams
- Answer phone, respond to emails and handle general inquiries
- Maintain schedules, calendars and meeting coordination
- Assist employees with onboarding, paperwork and record keeping
- Manage a filing system and data entry with accuracy
- Coordinate internal communications across departments
- Support event planning and park promotions as needed
- Handle ordering of office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Assist with guest services and support when needed
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of administrative or office experience
- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive attitude
- Experience in hospitality, entertainment or tourism industries (preferred)
- Basic scheduling experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with office management systems (preferred)
Work Environment:
Combination of office and on-site park environment. Will require weekends, holidays and flexible hours. Energetic atmosphere with some guest interaction.
