The school serves a diverse student body of 666 K‑8 students and employs a co‑teaching model of instruction that emphasizes collaboration, support and supervision. Demonstrate a sustained interest in children’s lives and pursuits beyond the classroom. Provide parents with the information and tools they need to support their children’s learning. Deliver culturally relevant instruction and stimulation. Track student performance carefully and adjust instruction to meet the varied needs of each child. Share ideas openly and be receptive to the ideas of others. Commit to lifelong learning and collegial collaboration. Participate in school governance and provide input when appropriate. Engage in ongoing professional development and utilize available resources and supports. Qualifications Massachusetts teacher certification required. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and completion of student teaching. Experience with a workshop or co‑teaching model of instruction preferred. At least one year of relevant experience (preferred). Bachelor’s degree preferred. Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
