Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care, Pittsburgh, PA. This travel assignment begins on 08/30/2026 and is a temporary, 40-hour-per-week position in a long-term care setting. The role supports residents across a spectrum of geriatric care, with day and evening shifts available. Compensation for this assignment ranges from $1,618 to $1,672 per week, depending on shift and on-site factors. You will work within a collaborative nursing team to implement care plans, monitor resident status, and document findings in the electronic medical record, while adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor effects, and document accurately per plan of care
- Perform routine assessments, monitor vital signs, and report changes to supervising RN
- Provide direct resident care including activities of daily living, hygiene, mobility assistance, and safety measures
- Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and infection control practices as assigned
- Maintain accurate charting, care plans, and timely communication with the care team
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update care plans and respond to changing resident needs

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Pennsylvania
- Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain prior to start
- Ability to work Day or Evening shifts
- Willingness to travel and commit to a temporary assignment
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program; experience in long-term care preferred
