Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and dynamic Director of Physical Therapy to lead daily operations, ensure clinical excellence, and support the professional growth of our therapy team. Requirements: Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in Physical Therapy required Current Texas Physical Therapy License Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Strong understanding of clinical operations, productivity metrics, and compliance standards
