Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current Speech-Language Pathology license with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
Experience working in school settings is highly preferred
Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Dedicated to promoting positive student outcomes and fostering communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students PreK-12
Develop, implement, and update individualized education programs (IEPs) in accordance with district and state guidelines
Conduct student assessments to determine speech and language needs
Maintain accurate records and progress reports for students
Collaborate and consult with teachers, families, and other school staff to support student success
Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing training as required
