Production Supervisor

Production SupervisorAs a Production Supervisor, you will lead a team of 20+ employees in our remanufacturing facility for automotive lights. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing material flow, ensuring safety compliance, driving quality, and implementing established operational standards to meet and exceed customer delivery expectations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a commitment to fostering a safe and productive work environment.Responsibilities:Lead daily operations including production, schedule attainment, quality control, and shipping.Audit teams to ensure adherence to processes, improving efficiency and minimizing customer returns.Comply with safety standards to maintain a hazard-free environment.Ensure quality control, inventory accuracy, and production standards are met.Ensure timely order commitments to meet customer delivery expectations.Assist in implementing on-the-job training programs.Support the Operations Manager/Plant Manager as needed.Prepare shift reports to site management.Ensure cross-training of employees and maintain a consistent job rotation.Monitor employee adherence to production tracking protocols and goals.Participate in the hiring process for site personnel.Mentor, coach, and train, production team members.Minimum Qualifications:2+ years of leadership experience required, in operations supervising a team of 20+ employees.2+ years' experience in manufacturing required2+ experience with inventory, shipping/receiving, or materials preferred.Highschool Diploma or GED required.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience in a manufacturing, production and warehouse environment preferred.About UsFor over 35 years, TERREPOWER (formerly BBB Industries) has been a leader in sustainable manufacturing, driving the circular economy by extending the life of essential products in the automotive and industrial markets.Founded in 1987 in Daphne, Alabama by the Bigler family, TERREPOWER began as a small regional remanufacturer of starters and alternators.
