Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a government transportation location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support visitors with strong communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public agency partners as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of platforms, waiting areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, unattended items, and/or policy violations in accordance with site protocols.
• Support crowd management and orderly movement during peak travel periods, service disruptions, and/or special events while providing routine assistance and information to the public.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
