Cafe Associate

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Café Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, preparing food and beverages, handling transactions, and ensuring a clean and welcoming café environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, sandwiches, and pastries.
• Operate a cash register and handle transactions efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food prep areas, dining spaces, and equipment.
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure food quality and cleanliness.
• Provide friendly and prompt customer service, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a smooth workflow.

Qualifications and skills:

• Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, or restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
