Contract Recruiter

To support the scaling of the Go-To-Market organization, the full-time Contract Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across North America, ensuring a positive candidate experience in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM roles, including sourcing and closing candidates across multiple regions Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop hiring strategies for each role Enhance the candidate experience from initial outreach through to offer acceptance, ensuring candidates feel respected and informed Required qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup environment Proven experience recruiting for GTM roles in a B2B SaaS company Hands-on recruiting experience across North America with an understanding of regional hiring nuances Strong comfort with ATS systems and data-driven recruiting practices General knowledge of People Operations, including onboarding and process improvements
