Director of HRIS

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required; Master's degree preferred. 7-10 years of progressive HRIS and HR technology experience with 3-5 years of leadership experience. Strong project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience leading complex HR technology implementations and enterprise-wide initiatives. Specific experience with UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro), including Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Reporting and Business Intelligence modules, is strongly preferred.
