Front Desk Associate

Job Description We’re looking for a driven individual who is passionate about helping others to become our next Front Office Associate! As a Front Office Associate, you are the patient’s first point of contact, both over the phone and in-person. Your passion for providing outstanding patient service directly contributes to the high level of patient satisfaction. Clinic Location: 1012 Coggins Place, Marietta, GA 30060 Hours of Operation: M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm Salary Range: $15.00-$18.00/hr Health Insurance: Medical, dental, vision Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays & 401K Plan Responsibilities: Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual Schedule appointments for patients and manage the appointment calendar Collect patient information and update electronic medical records Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance billing processes Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as front desk admin in a medical office Experience working with Athena or a similar EHR preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
