We’re currently looking for a weekend Float Hospice RN for a Hospice contract seeing patients in the home setting on Saturdays and Sundays.

Job Details:
Job Title: Float Hospice RN - Weekends
Location: Atlanta, GA (float position covering north or south portion of branch's coverage area)
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: 1450-1650 weekly
Schedule: 08:00 - 20:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks (with potential for extension)
Candidate Type: Traveler or local
Requirements: 2 years of Hospice experience and 1 year of HCHB EMR experience.
Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive hospice nursing care to patients in a home health setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care as necessary in alignment with hospice protocols.
• Educate patients and families on hospice services, symptom management, and end-of-life care.
• Document patient progress and communicate updates with healthcare providers.
