Requirements Proven experience as an automotive technician Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills Ability to complete repairs accurately and efficiently Good work ethic and time-management skills Ability to properly document diagnostic findings and repairs Team-oriented attitude Willingness to continue training and developing your skills Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record ASE and State of Michigan certifications are preferred. Chrysler/Stellantis experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
