Experienced HVAC Technician – Lead Residential & Commercial Field Operations | Naugle Job Overview Company: Naugle Salary/Pay Rate: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour plus Commission and Sign-On Bonus Location: Tecumseh, MI Job/Employment Type: Full Time Project Scope: Residential & Commercial HVAC Service and Installation Mandatory Licences & Certifications: Valid Driver’s License The Opportunity You will drive field operations by independently diagnosing, repairing, and servicing complex residential and commercial HVAC systems. This role empowers you to master your trade with dedicated technical training while directly building long-term customer trust. How You Will Make An Impact Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC units independently in the field. Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance and thorough system inspections to ensure peak operating efficiency. Communicate diagnostic findings and recommended solutions clearly to empower customer decision-making. Execute service calls efficiently from end to end while maintaining detailed documentation of work performed. Collaborate with internal installation teams during peak operations to support complete project execution. Maintain company-provided vehicles, tools, and technical equipment in clean, optimal working condition. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HVAC service and diagnostic experience working without supervision. Demonstrated experience handling field service calls independently with high quality craftsmanship. Valid driver's license with a safe, clean driving record. Physical capability to safely execute standard HVAC service, lifting, and installation tasks. Preferred Qualifications & Experience EPA Universal Certification or relevant trade credentials. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Proven experience cross-assisting on residential or commercial installation projects.
