Remote Payroll Mail Dispatcher

About the Role

As a Remote Payroll Mail Dispatcher, you will help coordinate payroll-related documents, maintain accurate dispatch records, track correspondence, and support the timely processing of administrative materials.

You will work with internal departments and authorized service providers to ensure that payroll documents and related correspondence are properly recorded, organized, and directed to the appropriate recipients.

The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable using computers, and capable of handling confidential information responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing payroll-related correspondence.

• Maintain accurate records of documents, dispatch activities, and delivery status.

• Organize payroll documents and administrative files in designated systems.

• Verify mailing details and document information for accuracy.

• Monitor dispatch schedules and follow up on pending deliveries.

• Communicate with authorized departments and service providers regarding document status.

• Update spreadsheets, tracking logs, and internal databases.

• Assist with preparing payroll-related paperwork for authorized processing.

• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and payroll information.

• Report delays, discrepancies, and missing documentation to the appropriate team.

• Follow established company procedures and data protection requirements.

• Print company#39;s Check and Must have a color printer as at time of applying.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and spreadsheets.

• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

• Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks.

• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently.

• Previous administrative, payroll, mailroom, or dispatch experience is a plus but not required.
