Pay Rate: $32-$35 Per Hour

Position Requirements

• Current, unrestricted state-specific Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
• Minimum of one (1) year paid LPN experience within the past year in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Geriatrics setting
• Must have a current TB screening, physical, and drug screening upon hire (we will assist in coordinating these if needed)
