Associate Sales Representative - SW Houston, TX

Associate Sales Representative role supporting Acclarent ENT product sales in the SW Houston territory. The position involves training on medical devices, supporting surgeries across operating rooms and surgical centers, and expanding sales under the guidance of an Account Manager.

Responsibilities

• Expand sales and utilization of Acclarent ENT products and convert competitive accounts
• Support surgical procedures independently following formal and field training
• Demonstrate proper device use and address customer questions consistent with product indications
• Execute sales cycle professionally and ethically while meeting regional business manager objectives
• Communicate business issues and opportunities to Account Manager and management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Ability to work in operating rooms, private practices, and ambulatory surgical centers
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willingness to relocate to open Account Manager territory when qualified
• Travel capability throughout assigned territory and up to 50% regionally/nationally
• One or more years of sales, clinical, or professional experience preferred
• Strong coachability and ability to learn medical device and ENT fundamentals
