Associate Sales Representative, CRM (Houston, TX)

Abbott seeks an Associate Sales Representative for its Cardiac Rhythm Management division in Houston, Texas. The role provides clinical and technical support to physicians and healthcare professionals regarding cardiac rhythm products, combining field-based sales activities with educational responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical interface between medical community and business, building credible relationships with customers
• Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support responding to physician and healthcare professional inquiries
• Develop, lead, and facilitate training programs on cardiac rhythm products for healthcare professionals
• Support cardiac rhythm sales representatives and manage territory accounts using sales data

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or four years relevant work experience
• 1-2 years successful sales or business experience, preferably medical device industry
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across organizational levels
• Ability to travel 25-50% and maintain schedule flexibility for evening/weekend coverage
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn cardiac rhythm product certification within two years

Compensation: $43,900–$109,200 base
