Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Day Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Work Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week with a rotating every-other-weekend requirement

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play an important role in supporting patients throughout their rehabilitation and recovery journey.

How You'll Contribute

A Certified Nursing Assistant who excels in this role:

• Assists patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Provides compassionate patient care and emotional support.
• Obtains and records vital signs and reports changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Assists with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Answers call lights and responds promptly to patient needs.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
• Supports nurses and the interdisciplinary team in delivering exceptional patient care.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Education

• Completion of a Nursing Assistant training program required.

Licensure & Certifications

• Current State CNA certification required.
• Current CPR/BCLS certification required or obtainable upon hire.

Experience

• Minimum six months of experience in an acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting preferred.
