Having high quality Leaders and Managers is an integral part to our success. Your support in the front of house or back of house operations will be essential to a successful restaurant operation and maintaining a positive work culture. Your Impact Overseeing all in-restaurant Front-of-House or Back-of-House operations Assisting Management in coaching a team of 10-15+ Providing high quality customer service and satisfaction Communicating goals, expectations, and results with team members on a daily basis Must be 18 years or older (Required) Ability to close at least 3 shifts per week including Friday and Saturday, but prefers Open Availability (Required) Excel at working under high stress situations and a fast-paced environment Available to work a minimum of 35 hours/week #J-18808-Ljbffr Cooper Connect
