• Set appointments for buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all parties.
• Nurture client relationships through phone calls, emails, and structured follow-up systems to foster trust and loyalty.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM to track your activity and progress toward individual and team goals.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
• Communicate with clarity and confidence to effectively convey information and build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

• Real Estate License required or willingness to complete licensing quickly.
• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating a strong ability to connect with clients and meet their needs.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, ensuring effective information exchange with clients and team members.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving goals, showcasing your drive and determination to succeed.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.
• Willingness to attend regular training and coaching sessions, showing a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
