We are seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Associate with 4+ years of experience to join our growing Medical Malpractice and Health Care Defense practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to take their litigation skills to the next level, gain valuable courtroom and trial experience, and work alongside accomplished trial attorneys representing leading health care professionals and institutions.

We welcome candidates with strong personal injury litigation backgrounds who are eager to expand their expertise and develop their careers in medical malpractice defense.

As a member of our litigation team, you'll have the opportunity to handle a wide range of substantive legal work, including:

• Managing and actively participating in medical malpractice and health care defense litigation.
• Conducting investigations, interviewing witnesses, and developing case strategies.
• Handling all phases of discovery, including document production and depositions.
• Reviewing and analyzing medical records and working with medical experts.
• Drafting pleadings, substantive motions, and appellate briefs.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Representing clients at court conferences and hearings.
• Assisting with trial preparation and participating in trials.
• Communicating with clients and insurance carriers regarding case developments and litigation strategy.

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 4 years of personal injury or civil litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience handling discovery, drafting motions, and taking or defending depositions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple matters and work both independently and collaboratively.
• A genuine interest in developing courtroom and trial skills.

Medical malpractice defense experience and prior trial experience are a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $125,000–$180,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
