This hybrid role combines both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, allowing you to engage in a high-volume cardiovascular program that is bolstered by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and a thriving academic atmosphere. Opportunity Highlights * Hybrid practice model: 1 week of inpatient duties followed by 3 weeks of outpatient care * Shared call schedule: 1:4 inpatient call rotation with weekend responsibilities * Outpatient services available across seven regional clinic locations * Dedicated support from Advanced Practice Providers for both inpatient and outpatient settings * Strong collaboration with subspecialties including Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Heart Failure, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, and Interventional Pulmonology * Access to advanced cardiac imaging and diagnostic tools * Utilization of AI-assisted documentation and remote reading capabilities * Established referral network with significant patient demand Academic & Professional Growth * Active Cardiology Fellowship Program * Academic partnership with Temple University's Lewis Katz School of Medicine * Opportunities for teaching Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents * Expanding academic medical environment with plans for further growth Hospital & Practice Environment * Two hospital campuses serving the southeastern New Jersey region * Closed ICU model with consultative cardiology services * High-volume STEMI and cardiovascular program * Approximately 3,000 cardiac catheterization procedures performed annually at the primary campus * Comprehensive cardiovascular service line with advanced procedural and imaging support Qualifications * MD or DO degree, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease * Preferred experience or interest in echocardiography and nuclear cardiology * Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in New Jersey * Dedication to patient-centered care, teamwork, and clinical excellence Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary with productivity incentives * Guaranteed compensation for the initial 24 months * Relocation assistance provided * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance * Malpractice insurance with tail coverage included * Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and support for professional development * Access to 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plans with non-elective contributions Why Join Us?
