This role partners closely with the Store Leader to drive store sales performance, maintain operational excellence, and uphold all regulatory and safety standards.Core values alignment:Curious — ask questions, find and solve problemsPassionate — care deeply about the brand, team, and customersDo it Right — take pride in accuracy and credibilityService — put others above ourselvesKey responsibilitiesSales & Customer Experience:Support achievement of store sales goals through exceptional customer service and team executionEnsure a consistent, high-quality customer experience in both retail and range environmentsMaintain merchandising, pricing, promotional, and visual presentation standardsOperations & Store Management:Responsible for scheduling to align staffing with customer traffic and business needsResponsible for daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and receipts and dispositionsOversee store and range facility standards, staffing, cleanliness, and functionalityEnsure proper use of systems including POS, inventory, and scheduling toolsOversee and support range maintenance team operationsPeople Leadership & Development:Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring top talentResponsible for onboarding and training of new team membersProvide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance managementHelp develop associates through goal setting and development plansCompliance & Safety:Ensure strict adherence to ATF regulations and all internal firearm handling policiesMaintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable state and local regulationsServe as a Safety Leader by promoting a culture of accountability and safe practicesAdministrative & ExecutionMonitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and record-keepingManage timekeeping, scheduling approvals, and attendance trackingSupport execution of company initiatives and operational prioritiesAssist across all store functions as business needs requireDesired skills & experience3+ years of retail sales or leadership experienceLed teams of 10 or more associatesAvailability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidaysProficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and inventory management toolsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to build relationships and deliver customer-focused solutionsExperience in coaching, performance management, and team developmentEmployee benefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision health insuranceUnlimited Shooting – Free ClassesIndustry-leading online and in-store discountsManufacturer rewards and points programNo firearm experience needed — we offer paid training #J-18808-Ljbffr BROOKLYN PARK RANGE OPERATIONS LLC
