Operations Manager

We are currently working with a growing technology company who is looking for an Operations Manager to lead the Operations Team. The ideal candidate has experience within the payments industry, merchant onboarding, and payment processing platforms and you can build processes, develop team members & improve efficiencies
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Operations Team
- Oversee merchant onboarding, boarding, maintenance, and operational support.
- Manage daily operations
- Monitor department KPIs
- Build strong relationships with processors, banks, and business partners.
Qualifications
- Experience in the merchant services or payments industry.
- Leadership or operations management experience.
- Acquiring, merchant boarding, underwriting, and payment processing.
- Bachelor's degree
