Easterseals PORT Health is seeking an Employment Specialist/Job Coach to empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to find meaningful community employment. You will build connections with employers, develop resumes, accompany candidates to interviews, and document progress while coordinating with families, caseload managers, and service providers in Wake and Durham counties.
