The Quality Control Associate will prioritize inspections, quality audits, and work needed to ensure location Protocols and Standards are met. The focus will be ensuring product is handled to the customer's standards, reducing errors, and promoting continuous improvement. Inspect and repair damaged product. Maintain appropriate records. Conduct refresher training as required. Process out-of-specification material as directed. Effectively work and communicate with others in the organization. Inform QA Supervisor of major and critical defects found during inspections. Verifies action is taken to resolve defects. Participate in location inventories. Other duties as assigned.
