Water Logistics Associate I

Water Logistics Associate I Overview As a Water Logistics Associate I , you'll play a key office-based role in consolidating and supporting water logistics activities that enable smooth fluid hauling and water disposal across onshore operations. Working in our Midland office within the Onshore department , you'll partner closely with field operations, water logistics techs, engineering teams, trucking companies, and internal stakeholders to ensure work orders and paperwork are completed accurately and on time-so field teams can focus on what they do best: executing efficiently in the field. Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in office functions, including processing invoices
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts
- Proficiency with computers and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional working relationships
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding office environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to support multi-tasking , problem-solving , and decision-making in a team setting
- Experience with SAP
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Additional business education preferred
- Prior exposure to logistics coordination, invoicing workflows, or back-office operations in an industrial environment is a plus
- Office-based in Midland
- Work schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- This is a 12-month backfill role
- Target compensation: $26.00/hour
- Ability to collect and record hard-copy field data into electronic systems
- Ability to assist with and support operations as needed for water transportation and hauling/disposal management
