About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Head of Human Resources to spearhead the people strategy for its largest and most operationally intensive division in North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a seasoned HR team, partnering with senior business leadership, and shaping the division's people function to operate effectively at scale. This role demands a proven leader with experience in a similar scope and level of decision-making, particularly in a complex, high-volume regional operation. While not mandatory, a background in logistics, 3PL, or a related operationally intensive industry is preferred. The ideal individual will be adept at navigating large, matrixed organizations, balancing global consistency with regional demands, and will be prepared to engage with both senior stakeholders and frontline employees. The Regional Head of HR will face the challenge of a division under real operational and business pressure, requiring a leader who can execute immediately and demonstrate resourcefulness and sound judgment amid ambiguity. The role is pivotal in driving the people strategy for the company's most critical division in the region, with a focus on strategic decision-making and hands-on engagement. The position is permanent and offers the opportunity to work with a leading player in the industrial and manufacturing industry, at the forefront of technology and innovation.
