Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator

Job Overview This position serves as the primary recruiting partner and key support to the Human Resources department, with a strong focus on attracting top talent while assisting with HR administration and office purchasing. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Primary Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions Source, screen, and schedule qualified candidates Coordinate interviews, background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding Prepare offer letters and maintain recruiting and HR records Support HR functions including employee files, benefits, and ADP data entry Assist with HR projects and daily department operations Order and maintain office and breakroom supplies Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting or Human Resources experience Manufacturing recruiting experience preferred Experience with ADP Workforce Now or a similar HRIS Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
