YOUR ROLE AT ZEGNA Assistant General Manager – You will be the General Manager’s second‑in‑command, helping to achieve business objectives, building solid relationships with ZEGNA customers, and promoting the values and ambitions of the brand. This role reports directly to the General Manager and is based in our Dallas location. How You Bring It To Life Strive to achieve individual daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales and KPIs. Offer support to the General Manager by supervising staff, providing feedback, drafting effective schedules, and ensuring optimal productivity. Foster marketing initiatives through collaboration with the General Manager and local Marketing and CRM. Champion, deliver, and monitor a customer‑centric culture. Identify training and development needs; coach and train the store team. Support the General Manager in recruiting and onboarding top talent. Keep the team motivated and engaged by establishing a culture of teamwork and high performance, and proactively assist with issues or opportunities. Work with the General Manager to provide product and collection feedback, staying updated on stock, consolidation, and transfers. Assist with implementation and maintenance of design and display guidelines to maximize the store’s appeal. Ensure the team’s appearance, attitude, store experience, and all operational activities adhere to Company Guidelines and the ZEGNA Code of Ethics. Implement Health & Safety regulations and supervise attendance of the store team at H&S training courses. Promote the usage of digital services to increase business opportunities and improve customer service. Who You Are 6‑7 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a comparable client‑focused leadership environment. Passionate about developing people with proven ability to coach, manage, and inspire high‑performing teams. Confident using digital tools and CRM systems, with an understanding of how data drives action. Thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment where leadership, adaptability, and strategic thinking are key. Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, connecting easily with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
