Assistant Property Manager - $34-$38/hr - DC

Our client, commercial real estate services organization is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to extend in Washington, D.C. About The Job: Support a Senior Property Manager overseeing a three-building office portfolio in Washington, DC Manage tenant communications, work orders, service agreements, and vendor relationships Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, including coding invoices, processing cash batches, cash applications, and collections Assist with property operations, building maintenance coordination, vendor management, and property inspections Support budgeting, billings, financial reporting, and lease compliance Coordinate tenant meetings, events, property tours, and general administrative activities Serve as a key onsite representative, providing exceptional customer service to tenants and customers About You: 5+ years of property management, real estate, or related experience Accounting experience strongly preferred Strong customer service and relationship management skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities Experience managing invoices, financial processes, work orders, and vendor relationships About The Position: Start Date: ASAP! 3-month contract with potential to extend $36-$40/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Fully onsite Benefits Information: Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
