About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Human Resources Business Partners to lead its global HRBP organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the standard for strategic, enterprise-minded HR partnership and will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and functional leaders. This role requires a leader who can integrate HRBPs with centers of excellence and HR operations, and who has a strong background in organization design, workforce planning, talent and succession, leadership effectiveness, culture, employee engagement, and change leadership. The SVP will also be tasked with leading the HRBP practice through a period of scale, transformation, and enterprise integration, and must be adept at using workforce data and business performance information to identify and address the company's people and organization needs. Applicants for the SVP position at the company should have a proven track record of leading a large, distributed HR business partner organization in a complex, global company, preferably in a technology or dynamic environment. The role demands a leader with strong business acumen, data fluency, and executive communication skills, who can connect people decisions to performance, risk, culture, and value creation. Personal characteristics of the ideal candidate include being an enterprise-minded HR executive, credible, calm, and pragmatic, with high integrity and discretion. The SVP will be expected to build and lead a strong HRBP team, and to be resilient, adaptable, and action-oriented in the face of ambiguity and change.
