Benefits 401(k) Competitive salary Flexible schedule Job Description Provide direct behavior-analytic treatment and supervision to clients with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders primarily in a clinic-based setting with opportunities for generalization in homes and community settings. Providing supervision to a team of behavior technicians. Providing and facilitating family support and training. Supervises RBT and BTs. Case review. Documentation of supervision sessions. Conducts FBAs and creates BIPs. Licensing / Certification Current certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a board-certified behavior analyst in good standing. Hours Full-time: 35-40/week. Compensation $80.00 - $80.00 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr
